ReturnFlow integrates with your e-shop (Shoptet, WooCommerce, Upgates) and with carriers (PPL, ZΓ‘silkovna, Czech Post). When a parcel gets the uncollected status, ReturnFlow automatically issues the invoice and triggers the communication flow.

Do you communicate in my name or in yours?

We communicate as a third party under the ReturnFlow brand. Customers don't feel pressured, the relationship stays intact. The invoice contains your details β€” paid money goes directly to you.

What if the customer refuses to pay?

ReturnFlow issues an invoice with a due date and sends friendly reminders (e-mail, SMS). 70 % of customers pay voluntarily. For the rest we offer an optional escalation process β€” not enforced collection.
